Our staff is ready to, alongside your aircraft’s crew, coordinate and plan each mission – determining routes and navigation, supervising documentation and systems, scheduling and rescheduling flights, obtaining slots in coordinated airports, presenting flight plans, preparing documentation for international flights, monitoring flights, performing meteorological analyses, coordinating overnight stays in other bases, transporting passengers to and from departure and arrival locations. We do all the work – for your peace of mind.
OPERATIONAL CONTROL CENTER
Our highly trained team of engineers and technicians coordinate maintenance routines of all assets we manage through scheduled and unscheduled inspections, reviewing documentation and issuing reports. All services are performed at the manufacturer or certified representatives. Schedules are meticulously followed.
MAINTENANCE CONTROL
Your aircraft will have its own crew, ready for you at all times, under our full supervision. We take care of the crew’s recruiting – in total compliance with brazilian legislation –, training, shifts, logistics, lodging and catering. In the event that you need a substitute pilot, we will designate you one.
CREW MANAGEMENT
We have a team dedicated to handling suppliers in search of the best deals and opportunities for acquiring fuel and employing services such as insurance, hangar storage, crew training, aircraft maintenance and in-flight services. Expense reports are provided monthly through detailed documents, ensuring absolute transparency and accountability. With Prime You, your money is worth more.
